You may send the vendor application and payment into school with your child or for quicker submission you may also pay online with your credit card securely via paypal . Just follow the link below to make the payment. Then either submit your completed application by scanning and e-mailing it to LSEWW@yahoo.com or send into school with your child along with a copy of your paypal receipt.
